A Nutrition Club provides a valuable service, informing people about the importance of good nutrition and regular exercise in order to achieve optimum health. It is a place to get an alternative to fast food. While you visit with us we will give you an aloe drink to hydrate and cleanse, a 16 oz herbal green tea to give you great energy and give you antioxidants, and a 16 oz Nutritional Smoothie and you will not be disappointed! Meet with Theresa, your Personal Wellness coach to make nutritional or weight loss plans for you. * Body Analysis - Done With Our Special Scale to Give You Your BMI, Resting Metabolism, Skeletal Muscle and Ideal Body Weight * Weekly/Daily Topics and Special Seminars to Promote Wellness * All These Services Are Free, We Just Ask For a $4 Service Fee for Each Visit That You Consume Your Tasty And Nutritional Beverages Also offered at the club: * VIP Weight Loss - 12 Weigh-In Visits a Month for $48 * Weight Loss Challenges - 12 Week Class for $39, Ask A Coach for Details * Special Parties, Celebrations and Seminars You can do it!!
