Dietetics and fitness expert Lara Veazey, MA, RD/LD, NSCA-CPT, has assisted many clients in successfully accomplishing their individual health and fitness goals. Lara has a Master's degree in Dietetics with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma. In addition, she is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Lara has customized nutrition and fitness plans for recreational athletes as well as clients from beginners to competitive athletes of all ages. Her contagious passion for fitness and nutrition and practical approach to health inspires her clients to succeed in achieving their goals of a healthier lifestyle. Lara has conducted workshops and seminars for children, adolescents, and adults in topics dealing with nutrition for wellness and various diseases. Lara has also worked with and been a speaker for numerous corporations, schools, sports teams, and other community groups and is available for media outlets and internet consultations.
