Healthy Home Cleaners uses US manufactured products that have higher quality ingredients and are superior natural cleaning products. Our cleaning products are not only safer for your home but they are ecologically responsible too. No ammonia No abrasives No fillers No chlorine bleach No phosphates No phthalates No triclosan No parabens No formaldehyde No child proof caps required for our products Our cleaners are based on proprietary blends of enzymes and surfactants, not alkalis like most store bought and commercial cleaners. Service Call Rates HHC offers flexible pricing based on your needs and your budget. Our pricing includes a wide variety of services tailored to your lifestyle. our pricing is up front and based off of square footage and frequency so there are no surprises. A popular option with our customers is to combine both a reoccuring rate and an hourly rate for touch-ups in between regular service. Initial Cleaning Rate - $0.09 per square foot The initial cleaning rate is for new customers or for returning customers who've gone longer than 8 weeks since a service call or hourly service. Monthly Cleaning Rate - $0.07 per square foot The monthly cleaning rate is for customers for whom it has been up to 8 weeks in since their last service call or hourly service. Reoccurring Cleaning Rate - $0.05 per square foot The reoccurring rate is for customers who have had a service call or hourly rate within the last 2 weeks or less Hourly Rate We offer an hourly service rate for our clients of $18 an hour per person. Hourly service is available for up to 3 hours per week. The hours may be used all in one day or spread across the week. You must have had a service call within the last 4 weeks to qualify. We also offer a special project rate for $25 per hour per person, available for all. Our service calls include: Move In/ Move Out Spruce Cleaning Ceiling Fans Light Fixtures Doors and Door Frames Picture Frames and Knick Knacks Cabinets Stovetop and Drip Pans (Cleaned) Window Sills and Window Wells Baseboards and Switch Plates Floors and Stairs (Vacuumed and/or Mopped) Removal of Cobwebs Dusting/Polishing of Furniture Top of Appliances Countertops/Backsplashes (Washed) All Sinks and Mirrors Left Spotless Tub/Shower and Tile All Bathroom Counters and Fixtures Wastebaskets (Emptied, Cleaned & Relined) Window Washing Cleaning out Cabinets and Replacing Items Interior of Appliances Hourly Rates of $18 (per hired person) include any of the above functions as well any of the following: Laundry Ironing Polishing Silver Organizing Party and Event Assistance/Cleanup Gift Wrapping Special Projects: For anything not covered in our service calls or hourly rate menu we offer a special project rate of $25 per person, per hour.
