The Harrington Corporation was the first manufacturer in the United States to produce injection molded gasketed fittings for SDR 26 and SDR 21 pipe, injection molded gasketed fittings for SDR 35 sewer pipe and injection molded gasketed fittings for C900 PVC pipe. The company is a producer of gasketed joint injection-molded fittings and push-on gasketed joint ductile fittings. It was founded in 1966 in Lynchburg, Va., to produce push-on joint ductile iron fittings for asbestos cement pipe. Harrington also develops new pipefittings for the utility and irrigation markets. Harrington Corporation manufactures fittings in its facilities in Lynchburg and operates warehouses in central Florida and Arizona.
