Located in Portland's East Bayside neighborhood, HARA offers exclusive massage treatments from Deep Tissue or Swedish Massage to Raindrop Therapy and other energy work such as Reiki, IET, and Transformational Healing to a restorative uplifting Signature Facial Massage, including an organic honey mask. Our 2,500 square foot wellness center includes a relaxing, sunny reception area where you can sit and enjoy our custom made teas. Your wellness experience includes a wide variety of holistic body & skincare treatments using only the most natural and local (when possible) products available. Our amenities include beautiful treatment rooms, full men and women's bathrooms with showering facilities and Portland Power Yoga's heated studio just down the hall. HARA also provides Free Parking, Complimentary Wireless and is handicap accessible. Our studio is conveniently located on the Portland Trail system, just minutes from Portland's Back Bay and our picturesque Eastern Promenade, allowing you to easily access us by foot or bike. We are happy to provide a bike rack for your convenience.
