Lemon Law/Consumer Protection - There are many myths surrounding the lemon law and other consumer issues. There is only one case from the Virginia Supreme Court on the lemon law which remains misunderstood despite the Court's ruling for the consumer. I have effectively represented clients against most automobile manufacturers throughout Virginia. Furthermore, most attorneys know I will take a case to a jury if a fair and reasonable settlement cannot be reached.
