Now I am doing all of this independently. I am Licensed and Insured, I have a work VAN and tools. Serving all Boise metro area, including Caldwell and Kuna and more... A lot of companies don't want to deal with small projects, but for me there is no such thing as small jobs or minor work. Every customer is important for me and I do everything just like I would do for myself. Honesty and quality is my priority. In addition, you don't even have to take a day off at work or school, because I do provide my services in the evening also, without any extra charge. Apartment maintenance services. Can do a lot that has to do with remodel. Replace doors and windows. Add glass insert to your entry door. Prefinished hardwood and laminate flooring installation. Repair deck, fence and gate. Carpentry, prefinish woodwork, trims, moldings and much more... Add or replace handles and hinges on your doors, cabinets and drawers. Vertical blinds installation and replacement. Upgrade and replace wood spindles with wrought Iron balusters for your stairs. Pressure washing your deck, driveway and more... As a homeowner, you can do many things in your own home (for example replace sink, garbage disposal, faucet, water heater, appliances and much more...) AND I CAN HELP you do all of that. Taking down walls, old closets, cabinets and more... Hanging pictures, shelf's and other staff on the walls. Put on and take down Christmas lights. Delivery, assembly and installation of any furniture and appliances you bought at the store or online. Here is how it works: If you already have the staff and materials on site, I will work with it. If not, I can do all shopping myself, or we can go to your preferred store together, and choose what you like. Payment is simple: My hourly rate is $30/hour (plus tax). After FREE estimate, to start working with me, the minimum you need to order is my "Starter Service Package" for $100 (plus tax). That Package includes trip charge and 3 hours of my time. From my experience: I know there is no perfect houses and there is always something to do, LOL :) If the project is more than 3 hours, you pay $30/hour (plus tax) after the "Starter Service Package".
