Hammer and Howell In the early 50's, William "Bill" Hammer founded the company, Hammer Builders Inc Joined shortly there after by Ron Howell, Andy Prichard, Milton Tigue, Sr., forming what has successfully become Hammer & Howell Builders, Inc Handmixed concrete, primitive tools and equipment, and lots of back breaking labor were needed to complete every construction project. Now, over 48 years later, under the direction of President James Truex Vice-President Mark Scime, we're using lasers, telecommunication equipment and multiple high speed computer systems. But we still rely upon team effort to deliver a quality product to our clients. After more than 1, 500 projects, we've also built a reputation for giving our customers their new buildings on time and on budget. As a result, many of our clients ask us to build a second, third, or even a fourth building for them.
