Every mother needs to attend to her own health first; physically, mentally and spiritually; to be present for her family in the most positive way possible. We are a community that lovingly supports each mother in taking time to care for herself on a regular basis. We recognize that, as healthier mothers, we will be better prepared to guide our children to be the change that we want to see in the world.Join us at our Tempe, AZ studio for yoga classes, reflexology, holistic nutrition counseling, reiki, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and intuitive readings.
