General Info:

Local Style smoked meats are cold smoked with an invasive species of strawberry guava wood, also known as waiwi (wai\vee). The guava wood is a little sweet, and has a well rounded flavor that leaves the meats tender and juicy. Plate lunches are served with two scoops of half brown and half white rice, a side of either local Kahumana greens (spring mix) or macaroni salad. There are bowls for smaller appetite's and frozen items to take home and cook yourself.
