We are a Personal Service agency that provides individualized services which includes but not limited to activities of daily living, companion, transportation, homemaker, reporting changes in consumer's condition and completing reports. Some of these services include in-home, attendant type care, community supports, and supported employment needs. All these services are to assist people to meet their day-to-day activities and live as safely and as independently as possible. Our clientèle are adults who, due to disabilities or complex medical conditions, need assistance in developing the kinds of everyday skills that allow them to function more independently at home, in the community, or at work. Therefore our Direct Support Professionals provide safe, supportive, and therapeutic environments while promoting growth, rehabilitation and development of self help skills among participants. Direct Support Professionals are the friends, advocates, and subtle supports for our participants.
