Greyhouse - Jewelry Appraisal & Design is owned and operated by jewelry appraiser and designer, Russell Orms GG (GIA). With more than 25 years' experience in the jewelry industry, Russell offers a rare combination that includes national custom design shows, appraisals, consulting, retail management, luxury sales, and concept to completion manufacturing. A large portion of his design and manufacturing experience was gathered when he traveled nationwide as a consulting jewelry designer for some of the largest luxury jewelers in the nation. Convenience is key. Greyhouse leases office space inside Calvin's Fine Jewelry, located at Mopac and Far West Boulevard. Once inside, ask an associate for Russell Orms. Solid credentials are an important factor when selecting an appraiser. Russell is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), an Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP), a member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (NAJA), and is compliant with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). He actively expands his knowledge base on a regular basis, and is currently studying to earn his accreditation through the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).  This unique combination has proven to be extremely valuable to Russell's clients. His insight, understanding and passion have allowed him to work successfully with personal clients, retail management, manufacturing houses and independent jewelers.
