Prior to starting his own company, he was vice president of another top lending institution in Los Angeles for 5 years. He personally originated over 30 million dollars in home loans. I, William Elkins am the firms lending & Real Estate consultant. I graduated from Morehouse College cum laude with a degree in Business Administration. I have been originating residential loans for eight years starting at a mortgage bank. I continued my career in this industry working in management at Washington Mutual focusing on consumer, residential & business loans. Subsequent to that I worked for one of most successful mortgage brokerage firms in Southern CA, Bristol Home Loans. Throughout my tenure I have maintained over an 8 million dollar pipeline & helped dozens of homeowners finance their Real Estate transactions.
