For the last 30 years Burgers have been neglected and taken for granted, Dismissed as fast food and pumped full of by products, most of which are not beef, loaded with salt, chemicals, ground, pressed and flash frozen in a factory far away or a third world country. . We are the resistance. We will not allow the humble burger to go into history as fast food. We honor our heritage and indulge it the magic of one of Americas greatest creations of all time, The great American Hamburger We will not serve flash frozen mostly meat product as a hamburger. Our meat is never frozen and is 100 Percent beef ground every day by a professional Butcher right here in Calhoun, sometimes twice a day. Our fresh lettuce and hand sliced tomatoes are from local Growers. Our onions are chopped and grilled daily right here. That's a Burger Done Right. Our fries are hand-cut daily and our bbq sauce is aged out 75 days -for just the right sweet tangy finish! We are known for the best biscuit in town featuring tenderloin, chicken, and bologna as well as the usual. We don't like to brag-so we just say, no betta biscuit, burger, or fries! milks hakes and peanut butter pie a specialty!
