Swedish massage Therapy
This is the most common type of massage therapy in the United States. It is also known as Swedish massage or simply massage therapy.
Massage therapists use long smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle using massage lotion or oil. Swedish massage therapy can be very gentle and relaxing. If you've never had massage before, this is a good one to try first.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. The massage therapist uses slower strokes or friction techniques across the grain of the muscle.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a system of movements including stretching, gliding, compressed. Sports massage's main focuses on the manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissues and blood circulation and flow. Sports massage is primarily used for sports training, injury prevention and rehabilitation -- it allows athletes to train more efficiently
Neuromuscular Therapy
A soft-tissue therapy that massage the central nervous system (including the musculoskeletal system). Based on principals of neurological laws including the central nervous system and pain maintenance, the objective is to relieve the underlying cause of the pain lets you train more efficiently
