Gorilla Capital does extensive value assessment, property inspection and title research. For every home we buy, we look at over 150 properties that don't make the cut. Gorilla Capital only sells homes acquired at foreclosure auction, we do not attempt to buy homes from distressed homeowners prior to foreclosure auctions, nor do we buy homes after the foreclosure auction that have been taken back by the bank. Once we acquire a house at auction, take photos, price the home, and post the home on our website, we send an e-mail out to alert our subscribers. For the next 72 hours, the home is only offered through our email alert/website offering. After 72 hours, we begin upgrading and improving the house and the price is subject to change as the improvements are completed.
