With the many changes we are experiencing with COVID-19, ​Golden West Counseling, PLLC is here to support you. ​Many of our counselors offer ONLINE sessions. Please contact us to schedule an ONLINE consultation. We tend to turn to counseling when the rug has been pulled from under our feet. The distress from the loss of our footing can leave us in shock, uncertainty, and feeling off balance. When we are in this place we search for grounding, comfort, resolution, and even hope. You may have been searching to find footing in your life. For some people it may mean to be less angry, to feel relaxed, less stressed, understand why relationships don't seem to work, or to find peace. You don't have to lie awake at night trying to find solutions alone. That is where I come in, to support and guide you through your difficulty. I provide counseling for anxiety, depression, couples counseling, life transitions, and LGBT struggles.
