Golden Spiral was born as a result of a need. Our founder John Farkas has a long history in event and video production. He would frequently entertain requests from people familiar with his work, to produce a wide variety of creative projects. Normally he would resource his network to assemble a team to make things happen but when a friend asked him to help create a series of websites and establish an online presence for several entertainment properties, he wasnt able to find the right stuff.  Propelling a brand forward in todays market requires the same sensibilities as the creation of great a film. It has to pull people into the story so strongly that they want to join, to take part in, to be identified with. I found plenty of people who could slam together a website that was technically proficient, but I couldnt find anyone who really approached it as a tool to tell an important story that needed to be told. That sensibility is essential in todays fragmented marketplace.  It was that impetus that highlighted the opportunity to form an agency one designed to create marketing experiences, starting from the ground up with an understanding of the importance of compelling brand narrative. That is the essence of Golden Spiral.  Distinctives:  We believe it is critical to be about what is not what we wish was. While much of the world is still clinging to old market sensibilities. We embrace the world that is, and we keep our eyes tuned to the horizon.  We believe that listening is worth the time it takes, and we take the time to do it. Listening is the key to discovering the story, and creating a great story is the cornerstone of a great brand. We believe that working with clients we believe in is good business. We should be your biggest ally. If we can be, we will. If we cant, we will be honest about it, and save us both the trouble.  We believe if we treat our clients as partners everyone wins.
