General Info:

Depending on the size of the home and property being photographed, a typical shoot will take approximately 2 hours.   If a property has unique features, we will take additional time to best photograph those attributes to best show off the property to prospective buyers. When scheduling the appointment, we will work with the buyer and the homeowner to determine the best time for exterior photography, to best show off the home in natural light.   Once a series of exterior photographs have been completed, we will move into the home and proceed through the house capturing the rooms, highlights and any aspects of interest in the home that a buyer would be interested in seeing. Our goal is to take photographs of the property that will get prospective buyers interested in coming in to see that property! We use state of the art photographic equipment, including professional grade Canon camera and lenses, together with a combination of natural and electric (flash) light to photograph each property and location.   We then add in skilled use of software tools to produce the finished images of the property, and deliver them to you, usually within 24 hours of the shoot.
