My name is Coach Krystie, I started my journey at nearly 300 pounds and I have lost just over 100 pounds so far (and still going) without any surgeries or crazy starvation diets. I am a real person who has gone through this, I understand the struggles with losing weight, it's hard, but totally worth it in the end. I am proof it can be done with hard work and dedication I offer training at my studio in Conyers located near Kroger on Hwy 20 near Hwy 212. (Meadow Brook Subdivision) &Oak Hill Community) or I'm available for In-Home Personal Training all over the Atlanta area -- including but not limited to Conyers, Covington, Stone Mountain, Lithonia, Stockbridge, McDonough, Rex, Ellenwood, Conley, Social Circle, Locust Grove, Snelleville, Lawerenceville, Jackson, Avondale Estates, Buckhead, & other surrounding metro Atlanta areas I offer one on one, or group sessions.
