Dustin began his career as an electrician at the age of 15, when his brother hired him to work during the summers and evenings throughout his high school years. In 2006 Dustin and his brother started D & J Custom Electric (Colorado State License #7214). They had an amazing first couple of years, and then when the market crashed in 2008, they struggled through as did many others. At that time, Dustins brother was offered an opportunity to attend law school in Arizona, which he accepted. The partnership between Dustin and his brother was then dissolved since his brother held the Master License. Since that time, Dustin obtained his Masters License and started his own company, Genesis 1:3 Electric. This provided him with t
