Gannco is a 4th generation family owned business enterprise, fully licensed, bonded and insured started in 1958 by Charlie Gann, today we are a women owned company serving Southern California over the past years we've grown and evolved in the demolition industry. Gannco specializes in site preparation, erosion control plans, clearing and grubbing, full scale demolition services, we demolish and clear projects of structures, trees, dead vegetation, flat work, footings/foundations, utilities, sewer capping/septic tank removal with state of the art equipment.
Gannco works well with owners, agents and General Contractors to renovate, residential, commercial and industrial interior demolition projects, we dismantle the interior of a commercial building fully to completely gutted structure, or a residential removal of a bathroom, kitchen, ready for a addition to structure. We have excellent crews specializing in selective and interior demolition.
Gannco provides consulting on environmental remediation prior to demolition, assistance with site written survey plans by licensed CAC, assistance with written reports for our clients to be informed on the environmental remediation process , associated cost, time frame for completion and final close out requirements by a licensed contractor.
Gannco works with City, County Agents & Property Owners to cleanup homeless encampments, with the dismantling of temporary structures, canopy's, trash and debris, trimming of trees, removal of dry vegetation by means of disking, mowing and/or handwork utilizing City/County guidelines developed for cleanup.
Gannco works with Cal-Fire, City, County Staff & the Private sector to reduce fire hazard properties which involves clearing of brush, weeds, dry vegetation using hand held equipment , heavy brush clearing with specialized tractors with attachments either by mowing or disking for the site requirements in order to meet the maintenance requirements of 100 square feet from structures and property lines including the skirting of trees to the 8' requirement for maintenance. We provide our clients with before and after photo pictures for future reference to establish compliance.
