Galaxy Medals Was born of the desire to commemorate the history of U.S. space exploration and the space industry. Two former Kennedy Space Center aerospace workers founded Galaxy Medals in 1970. Incorporated in 1983. The company is a family owned and operated business dedicated to carrying on the production of the most exquisite designs and finest quality minting of space related and general interest medallions in the tradition established by its original founders. Over the years we have worked very closely with the space industry in designing and minting medallions that cover every manned space mission launched to date. In addition, we have also developed a wide variety of medallion designs for other events and commemorative occasions. Whether you are interested in our country's space efforts or medallions that commemorate other special events, you will find our dedication, design capacity and attention to quality and service beyond reproach.
