Full Scale Fitness offers in-home personal training to the Northeast Ohio region (Akron is our hometown!). For our in-home training, there is no equipment needed, we bring the gym to you! Our staff of trainers are there every step of the way for your fitness goals. They will teach you how to properly exercise, will build custom exercise programs, and will always keep you motivated. Each training package comes with a clinically based health assessment, exercise program design and each session is 1 hour in length! Again, we come to YOU! All of our trainers hold a minimum of a 4-year college degree in the field of Exercise Science and have a nationally recognized personal training certification. This promises you a level of professionalism and knowledge that separates us from the rest. We know what it takes to be fit, let our expertise guide you! Here at Full Scale Fitness we believe that everyone has a specific goal unique to them. We don’t believe that every guy in the gym wants to get bigger or every female wants to lose weight. We believe in a full scale variety of goals whether it is sport specific, weight specific, strength specific, etc. Whatever your goal is, we can help you achieve it! Not only do we offer personal training, we also have nutrition services as well! Get a custom built meal plan from our registered dietitian. Our team of trainers will travel to Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Stow, Hudson, North Canton, Green, Fairlawn, Bath, Medina, Portage Lakes, Kent, Brunswick and other surrounding NE Ohio regions.
