Friends Business Source For more than 45 years, Friends Business Source has been partnering with companies throughout Northwestern Ohio and Southeastern Michigan. Our company was established in 1965 in Wapakoneta, Ohio. Today, Friends is headquartered in Findlay, Ohio with facilities in Toledo, Cleveland, Columbus and Mansfield. In 1994, the direction of the company was altered by Ken Schroeder and Dale Alt. They resolved to establish their presence through focused and unparalleled service. From that time to the present, we have experienced 500% growth. Friends growth in document technology and print solutions continues to grow. In 2001, Friends became a certified Toshiba dealer, acquiring a line of state-of-the-art digital technology. The 2009 calendar has seen Friends expansion in several key markets. The former Mansfield Business Systems was acquired in February. A new office in Richfield, Ohio was opened in August, to serve all of Northeast Ohio. Electronic Imaging of Toledo ( E.I. ) was acquired in October, bring with it several large accounts including: Perrysburg and Rossford Schools, Mercy Hospital System of Michigan. With all of Friends' capabilities, we continue to focus on the most important aspect of our business: the customer. To put it plainly, we are here to provide unique solutions to help our clients do what they do best: run their business.
