Every nine seconds of every minute in every hour of each day a woman or child experiences pain from physical abuse alone not to mention verbal, emotional, or sexual. This is why Fresh Spirit Wellness for Women, Inc was founded. We are a Christian non- profit organization established to restore and empower women and youth. Fresh Sprit Wellness for Women, Inc has a special passion and dedication to assist victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse and their families, through counseling, empowerment coaching, educational classes, group therapy and workshops, and financial assistance. Fresh Spirit Wellness for Women, Inc, empowers, motivates and educates women and youth through educational and wellness programs that have succeeded in transforming the lives of participants through our interactive wellness workshops and individualized counseling and coaching. Women and youth are taught how they can obtain the courage to safely change tumultuous situations, experience complete restoration and wholeness, as well as tap into unlimited God given talent and positive potential to become all that they were meant to be. We are committed to the total personal development and healing of women and youth who possess the desire to fulfill their own destiny. Our classes are not limited to abused victims but also offer classes dealing with divorce recovery, overcoming codependency, anger management, shame, guilt, overcoming unhealthy relationship, financial independence and more. Fresh Spirit Wellness for Women, Inc founder, Conte Terrell, is a survivor of a ten-year marriage to a physically abusive spouse. Conte Terrell's survival testimony has been seen and heard throughout the country, via magazines, television and radio stations. This experience led her to start Fresh Spirit Wellness for Women, Inc However she needs your help. Fresh Spirit Wellness for Women, Inc has been a blessing to many, but there is still much more to be done. We are soliciting your support. There are several ways that you can help. First and most important we need your prayers. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Secondly, Fresh Spirit needs your tax-deductible donations to continue servicing the women that God has entrusted us with. Your donations could be a blessing and a lifesaver for someone else.
