You are given information about nutrition and body mechanics. Permanent results are only possible if you make good choices about nutrition and body mechanics. We provide you with objective, scientifically-proven information to help you understand the implications of your choices. We don't forbid you eat certain foods or require you to train a specific way. Instead we explain the implications of the choices you make. You control how long you continue with Fitness Results. There are no initiation fees, no membership requirements, no monthly fees and no long-term commitments. You pay for the services you want on an as-you-go basis.
