Our Story: First Impressions Landscaping Maintenance really started back around 2012 in St George, UT. My wife and I owned a property management business. We had incredible difficulty finding a landscaping company that we could trust to maintain our properties correctly. Landscaping companies were the “weak link” in our property management business. To us we just had a couple of simple requests: don’t mow the grass too short and check the sprinklers before you leave. The companies we hired might do this once or twice, but never consistently. Those companies never seemed to realize that we had an obligation to the property owners to insure that their rental property landscaping looked attractive. We finally threw up our hands and gave up. We started doing the work ourselves (my wife and I). For a couple of years we took care of the landscaping of two apartment complexes and five homes. We had to learn the ins and outs of mowing, edging, trimming, watering, sprinkler repairs and more. I also happen to have a "green thumb". This also helps me in my landscaping business.
