Henry Evans joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in February 1993, following a 15-year career in the United States Army. There, he attained the rank of major and served as an artillery officer with two field artillery battery commands and numerous staff positions at battalion and corps levels. In his final assignment, he served as a test officer for the Paladin 155mm artillery system. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and the University of Phoenix with a Master of Science degree in Business Management, Henry holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus state life, health, variable annuity and property and casualty insurance licenses. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and Financial Services Institute. Understanding that the single most powerful contributor to financial well-being is behavior, Henry works closely with his clients to develop personalized financial plans that reflect their values, address their priorities and support their goals. Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals. And through ongoing planning to address changes in one's financial and personal circumstances, Henry is ready to assist clients as they pursue their goals through a lifetime financial journey. A member of the Knights of Columbus, Henry enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his three children and grandson.
