Fidelity Kansas Bankshares is the parent company of Fidelity State Bank & Trust. Fidelity State Bank & Trust Company was established in 1883 in Elk City, a small town in southeast Kansas. The bank is part of a network with branches in Topeka, First Bank of Newton, First National Bank in Pratt, and Intrust Bank, Wichita, the largest Kansas owned bank. Topeka is the capital of the state of Kansas and has a population of about 120,000.
