Please note: Our farm store is self-serve ONLY Mon-Sat 10-4. Our caramel is available for purchase at our store. Caramel is made Mon-Fri and you are welcome to walk over and see caramel being made through the viewing window, however please keep in mind our staff is not available to give tours. A reminder we NO LONGER make cheese or have animals at this location. You lucky thing! You have stumbled upon a rare and delicious treat. Crafted on our homestead in Brookfield, Vermont with fresh, local milk from our neighbors at Vermont Creamery, our award-winning goat's milk caramel sauces, based on the Mexican confection cajeta, are meticulously hand-stirred to velvety perfection. We are a family-run business that has spent the last eight years mastering the art of goat's milk caramel making, focusing on traditional cooking methods and using a small number of simple, all-natural ingredients.
