E Z Silk Screen was established in January of 1958 by Edward Zupa. The first location was opened at 1809 Charlotte Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee. Edward Zupa was a native New Yorker until he served his country in WWII. He was stationed in Tennessee until he shipped out to the European front. It was in Tennessee where he met the love of his life, married, started a family, and his lifelong career in advertising and screen printing.During our 50 years, many changes have occurred in the industry ; from manual, hand-held squeegees to automatic presses, from hand-made drying racks to force-air dryers, from hand cut green film stencils, camera generated positive films, to computer graphics, UV inks, infrared dryers, and lead-free plastisol inks for sports apparel, just to name a few. Over the years, E Z Silk Screen has been a leader in technical advances to give our customers the very best screen printed products available.Edward Zupa retired in 1993 leaving the family business in the capable hands of the 2nd and 3rd generations. Mr. Zupa built his business on quality and service, and this has been the continuing goal of E Z Silk Screen. Being at the current location of 5603 Ohio Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee for the past 33 years, only means that E Z Silk Screen will be here for you, past, present and future.E Z Silk Screen has seen many changes over the years, but the basic technique and needs are still there for screen process printing.
