Sometime in the 1960's - Gary Rholl started the Firm's tax practice as licensed tax consultant. 1990 - Don Sherry started an independent bookkeeping service while attending college. 1991 - Becky Giacomazzi, CPA, purchased the tax practice from Gary Rholl. 1998 - Becky Giacomazzi, CPA, moved the business from the River Road area to 1030 Willagillespie Road. 2000 - Don Sherry, CPA, purchased the tax practice from Becky Giacomazzi. He then combined the tax practice and his independent bookkeeping services to form Donald J Sherry CPA. 2001 - Mary Cash, licensed tax preparer (LTP) joined the firm. 2006 - Don Sherry, CPA, and Sylvia Sherry, MED, formed Sherry, LLC, doing business as both Donald J Sherry, CPA, and Don Sherry CPA. 2007 - Mary Cash, EA/LTP, became an Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent. 2010 - Sherry, LLC, moved into the historic Brunner-Schmitz house, a City of Eugene Historic Landmark, at 1410 River Road. 2013 - Sherry, LLC, increased its web presence by registering the assumed business names Eugene CPA and Eugene Accountant along with the corresponding Internet website domain names.
