We know the difficulties after trying to cook for multiple New Year’s Eve, Superbowl, and July 4th events we’ve hosted together. This is what inspired us to start Epicurean Refinado Alimento LLC! Being engineers, we wanted to find a way to prepare food that was easier, less time consuming, more cost effective, healthier, and still delicious. And so, F.I.T. BrineTM was born. This is one of the first products we have developed. We hope it will make your time in the kitchen easier and bring delicious food into your life to share with your family and friends. As engineers with our attention to detail, we want to execute the production of our products right the first time and offer the best possible product to you. Epicurean Refinado Alimento literally means the pursuit of refined foods in English, Spanish, and Italian; the Chinese characters that can be found in our company seal translate to the word “gourmet”.
