With his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and firsthand knowledge of every trade in the industry, Jack is able to work with subcontractors to accomplish tasks in an efficient and professional manner. His outstanding leadership skills ensure excellent finished products. Jack excels in contract negotiations, ensuring the client receives fair and competitive subcontractor pricing. Jack's project list includes several medical complex and strip mall renovations, restaurant tenant improvements and new builds. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Rick's vast knowledge is an asset to the Epic Construction team. As a superintendent, Rick has directed projects of up to 100, 000 square feet and from $850, 000 to $8, 000, 000 including upscale restaurants, luxury condominium complexes, large multi-level office and housing complexes, banks, and drug stores. Rick has a stellar record of finishing his projects on time and within budget. Rick works well with owners, engineers, architects, and subcontractors, helping his projects to run smoothly and produce excellent results. In addition, Rick is skilled in several computer programs used in the construction industry such as Primavera Expedition, Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, Outlook, Construction Manager, Star Project, and Star Bid. Dennis has worked in the construction industry since 1973 and as a superintendant for over 25 years. His experience throughout the country has proven invaluable to the Epic team. Dennis possesses unusual foresight that enables him to effectively schedule projects with impeccable timing. His ability to visualize construction drawings allows him to produce a finished product in keeping with the client's vision. Dennis has successfully led his team on projects ranging from restaurant remodels to large-scale development such as Swedish Hospital and Sears Roebuck and Co.
