Empowered Fitness is owned and operated by husband and wife team Joel and Kelsey Strickland. Together, they have 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, varying from dance cardio to powerlifting to bodybuilding. "In our journeys, we found that our clients craved not only the physical, but also the mental knowledge of fitness. They enjoyed learning about anatomy and the everyday applications of fitness instead just the basic "because you should" explanation.
