Hi. I'm Joe, owner and sole trainer of Elite Fitness. I care immensely for each person I have the privilege to train. For many, getting in great shape is not easy and can even be impossible without the proper help. Everyone is different physically and emotionally. So, "cookie-cutter" exercise & nutrition programs that are meant to be good for everyone are, in reality, great for no one. That is why we will begin by going through an easy, noninvasive 76 point mobility and postural assessment free of charge. This gives me the necessary information about your body to determine where you have flexibility, stability and strength limitations (and everybody has some, myself included). From there I custom build your exercise program from the ground up to correct mobility limitations, improve posture, repair injuries, and prevent future injuries. And we don't do exercises that will hurt you and ruin your posture. This results in the fastest and safest program to burn fat and build muscle designed just for you. Here at the gym I use this program to personally take you through every exercise of every session. I'll never pawn you off onto some trainer that you don't know & who doesn't know or care about you.
