Elite 1-on-1 Fitness' Certified Personal Trainer strives to help you maintain a healthy balance between your workout goals and your life. This is done by providing my clients an NCCA-accredited, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer in the privacy of their own home, as well as a fully integrated online service which allows clients the freedom to take their personalized workouts on-the-go. You have the option to integrate both in-home and online personal training programs to ensure you are staying on track with your health and fitness goals. Elite 1-on-1 Fitness offers a variety of workout options, as well as private online and mobile dashboards for my clients to track results and review their personal training programs. Also within this dashboard clients can view their monthly assessments, track and chart results, access a food diary, receive personalized nutrition plans, post before and after pictures, view adherence charts, etc.. Elite 1-on-1 Fitness accommodates in-home clients within the following Oakland County, MI cities: Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Bloomfield Township, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Franklin, Northville, Novi, West Bloomfield and Troy. Please inquire if you live in surrounding cities. For online only, we do take online clients from all over Michigan and beyond. Most importantly, Elite 1-on-1 Fitness' Certified Personal Trainer doesn't just look after clients for one hour a week and leave them to fend for themselves the rest of the week. I guide and support my clients 178 hours a week, even when they are traveling for work or going on vacation. Your health and results are too important to me to let you slip backwards when you are not with your Personal Trainer face-to-face.
