Electronic Support Systems (ESS) is a manufacturer’s representative business offering a complete line of high quality products to support electronic equipment.  Our product line covers your power protection, power conditioning, and precision environmental needs.  We will provide clean, reliable power, and cool, conditioned air to maintain our customers system’s 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we support the full range from very small sensitive systems, to larger, more complex systems that extend to multiple buildings.  We also offer efficient ways of removing the heat that is generated by electronics.   While we have grown since our operation began in 1992, our focus has remained the same…providing equipment to support and maintain conditioned space on a 24-hour basis with no down time.  We have built our reputation on service, both before and after the sale.  Our customers include a who’s who in the manufacturing, banking, healthcare, transportation, retail, telecom and data processing industries.   The extensive inventory we maintain and our investment in service support staff demonstrates our dedication to keeping our customers on-line.  Our in-house technical service and support staff is factory-trained in all aspects of the equipment we represent.  We have in stock availability of over $250,000.00 worth of replacement parts for Liebert Systems alone.   Our staff has grown over the years, and so has the number of manufacturers we represent, but we are still focused on you, the customer, and providing 24 hour support.  Our employees’ average years of employment with ESS are over 12 and they average more than 17 years experience in computer and support related fields.  We have been a member of the Electrical Board of St. Louis since 1988, Engineers Club of St. Louis since 1988, Ashrae since 1993, and Afcom since 2004.   We are located in a 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Northwest St. Louis County.  Our territory includes eastern Missouri and southern Illinois.  We have recently expanded our demo room to be able to demonstrate to our potential customers some of the products we represent, and to highlight some of the latest changes in technology.  These new technologies include more efficient and powerful UPS systems, digitally controlled cooling, variable speed air circulation, local and remote monitoring, and management reporting.   ESS has received many annual awards for achieving sales quotas from multiple manufacturers.  We received Liebert’s Eagle award in 1999 for exceeding sales of $25 million and were honored again in 2007 for exceeding sales of $100 Million.  In 1995 we achieved the Silver Level award from SMC, in 1996 we reached their Gold Level and in 2000 we received the Top Dealer award in the United States.  Also, in 2007 ESS achieved the Premier Partner level with Avocent.
