Each has worked as hospital based nurses, case managers and hospice nurses. Karen is also a certified case manager. Their holistic approach includes a comprehensive geriatric assessment. This entails working with families to choose the caregiver and taking a family-orientated approach regarding support and education; this all leads to better long term outcomes. Most importantly the staff at ECSS focuses on proactive and preventative care.
