General Info:

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a masters degree and training from Columbia University. In this fast paced world where there is little time for us to really stop to figure things out, it is very easy to get stuck or bogged down with everything that is happening around us. Our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, perceptions, and expectations shape our lives, behaviors, and interactions with the world. Some of these things are easily overlooked as unimportant but can really keep us from living the life that we want and deserve. I provide person-centered and strength-based therapy to those who are looking to make changes happen or to get to a place in life where they feel content and confident. I believe that you are the expert in your life. My job is to create a safe space to guide you, help you make sense of things that you might be struggling with, and help you figure out what your goals are so that you’re one step closer to getting there. If you’re taking the time to look through my site, my guess is that you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, or having a tough time with things. Now you’re looking for a way to make sense of things and get to a better place in life. I am here to help you get there.
