We will work with the client to establish a realistic budget which will meet both the client's program and budget constraints and, in order to ensure adherence to this budget, accurate cost estimates will be produced after each phase of the design process.During the entire design process, we employ Value Engineering, which is the constant evaluation of hundreds of options, to be absolutely certain that all decisions result in the most quality for the least cost.
