The heart of everything is Tammy’s love of creating delicious, wholesome foods for any program or occasion. It doesn’t stop there. She’s mastered the orchestration of her team’s talents to assure outcomes meet and often exceed expectations. Successful events for Detroit’s Big Three, Presidents Bush and Clinton, many of the city’s key fundraisers and more assure clients they’ve made the best choice. Simultaneously, starting a nutritious school food program was natural for Tammy as a mom and supporter of raising healthy kids. As her son pointed out, it’s got to be fun too! With the help of “Rex”, more kids are eating nutritious foods and getting inspired to be their best selves.
