Early Intervention Program, coordinated by Enable, is a preventative project that includes developmental, therapeutic and support services for children up to the age of 3 and their families. It serves children with Down's syndrome, spina bifida, and visual and hearing impairments. The program also assists children with metabolic, neurological and chromosonal disorders.
