The Early Intervention Service Coordination program provides a range of therapeutic services for children aged less than 3 and affected by developmental delays. Its staff is comprised of over 80 service coordinators who work with professional evaluators and develop individual family service plans. The program offers various assessment, referral, behavioral risk, emergency contraception, outreach, educational, counseling, insurance and mental health treatment services. The Early Intervention Service Coordination program is administered by Public Health Solutions, formerly known as the Medical and Health Research Association of New York City. Public Health Solutions is an independent, nonprofit organization that offers a variety of programs for low-income individuals and families in the state of New York. It conducts various public health research, management administration, capacity building, technical assistance and training programs.
