We perform home inspections in the geographic area including Victoria, Calhoun, Matagorda, Jackson, Goliad, Dewitt, Lavaca, Refugio and Aransas counties. Our service area covers the towns of Victoria, Port Lavaca, Port O'Connor, Seadrift, Palacios and Edna , Texas. Professional Inspector Tom Buller is licensed in the State of Texas by the Texas Real Estate Commission, License # 10244. Buying a new or pre-owned home is probably the single most important investment you will ever make. Although the process is exciting it can quickly become an overwhelming experience. So many decisions and so many questions about how to buy a house. The home you select is probably based on size, style, location, school district, distance to work and lifestyle. You get brief guided tours of the home from the realtor who always shows the most positive aspects of the home. As your professional licensed home Inspector, I will examine the structure and its systems in a completely unbiased manner. I inspect the roof, foundation and load bearing walls, siding, windows, doors, railings, patios, porches, electrical system, plumbing system, air conditioning and heating system, water heater, appliances that are staying in the structure and more. This valuable information can save you costly surprises, reveal safety hazards and help you to understand how this particular structure operates. You are invited and encouraged to participate in the inspection with me. Questions are always welcomed both during the inspection or afterwards. A written report will be sent to the client either by email, fax or hard copy, whichever method the client wishes.
