Its President, Joe Silverman, has been called upon to testify at Congressional Hearings in Washington, at State legislatures, and at numerous regulatory meetings. Joe is also the Coordinator for the Family Child Care Policy Advisory Committee which represents Family Childcare Association's goal to improve the business climate of Family Childcare Providers.
