We also promote environmental sustainability at applicable job sites. While asphalt recycling has been an E&B hallmark since our earliest days in Muncie, we utilize new environmentally-friendly warm-mix asphalt processes that consume less energy and generate fewer emissions than hot-mix alternatives, as well as green porous asphalt and pervious concrete technologies that capture storm water and allow it to seep into the ground, thus recharging groundwater and reducing storm water runoff erosion. E&B Paving provides world-class solutions to customers from ten area offices, 14 permanent asphalt and concrete plants, and several portable asphalt and concrete plants. Our distinguished client list includes hundreds of federal, state, county and local governments and agencies; general contractors; commercial, residential and industrial developers; and private businesses of all sizes.
