Durajoint Concrete Accessories is the manufacturer of DuraJoint PVC Waterstop, a product designed for use in concrete construction containing joints, one side of which is subject to hydrostatic pressure. The first prototypes were developed nearly 50 years ago for testing by Ontario Hydro. This testing continued for several years in an effort to determine what waterstop configurations worked best in different concrete applications. Many of those same configurations that were developed are still industry standards. Electrovert, DuraJoint's parent company, registered the name as a trademark and had the first hydrostatic pressure testing performed by the Ontario Research Foundation. Durajoint Concrete Accessories is located in Garrettsville, Ohio.
