Our family has been a locally owned and operated foundation repair business for 3 generations. Our grandfather began leveling Pier & Beam homes back in the 1940's and 50's. His son continued leveling Pier & Beam, but also introduced deep-drilled Bell Bottom Piers to the family business in the 1960's. Dura Pier began in 1986 out of our father's business, introducing the next generation of foundation repair technology - the Dura Lock pressed piling system. This new system greatly reduced the time and cost of foundation repair, while doubling or tripling the longevity of the repairs. These stronger, more durable pilings enabled warranties to be lengthened from 5-10 year service agreements to lifetime of the structure warranties.
